Date: Saturday, October 9, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M  

This one-day (6 hour) painting workshop will give students the best of traditional seascape painting. After an oil painting demonstration, students will learn a simple technique of mixing blue-grey values…representing the foundation of all palette colors. The workshop will then take a simplified step-by-step approach, mixing each color value and following Frank stroke by stroke as all paint together. Focus is on the formal elements of painting (oil or acrylic): Composition, Color Values and Form. 

Fee: $100 for Members; $120 for non-members (price includes supplies and lunch). Limited to 10 students.
