Quilling, also known as paper filigree, is a beautiful and intricate art form that involves rolling, shaping, and gluing narrow strips of paper into various designs. It’s a creative and enjoyable craft that you can easily learn and practice. Joni will teach the basics of paper quilling and lead students in making decorative wreath gift boxes for the holidays. All you need is the desire to learn!
