New Virtual Class! PILOXING® with Kathleen Esposito

Fee: $10 per class.
Workout from home via Zoom with fitness trainer Kathleen as she leads a new PILOXING® class. PILOXING® is a fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy interval workout. Using the most current science, PILOXING® incorporates formats such as interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina. The power, speed and agility of boxing combined with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates provide an amazing muscle-toning workout.
