Abe Alam is a guitarist, music director and educator located in Central Florida. Abe is an avid performer in Central and North Florida. He has recorded or performed with artists such as Ira Sullivan, Kurt Elling, Jason Marsalis, Ingrid Jensen, Dave Steinmeyer, Dick Oattes, Barry Greene and others.

Professionally, Abe has regularly performed with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, the Dr. Phillips Jazz Orchestra and at numerous jazz festivals.

Additionally, Abe serves as the Music Director at Restoration Church in Port Orange, Fl where he oversees playback, lighting and performance.

As an educator, Abe is a Course Director at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fl. Abe Alam holds a Masters degree in music from the University of North Florida.

16 year old James Hall, a junior at Spruce Creek High School, Port Orange, began playing solo jazz keyboard at a Californian wine bar at age 11 and a year later was leading his own quartet with professional jazz musicians in regular concerts. At age 13 he began playing the vibraphone and led a quartet playing both instruments before leading a quintet on vibes. In July 2019 he moved to new Smyrna Beach, Florida and was soon leading a quartet of professionals at regular events. Since the virus lock-down he has partnered as a jazz duo with guitarist Abe Alam at local music venues. James plays a mix of mainstream modern jazz, Broadway ballads and Latin jazz standards.
