Music ‘n Move It with Alexandria Sietz

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 28, 2022
Dates: Weekly classes on Thursdays, 4-5pm
A fun, low-impact class integrating TAI CHI (slow) movements, laughter yoga exercises and breathing techniques aimed at restoring the body. You can expect to achieve better balance, cardio fitness, stress adaptation, brain balance, less pain and more. Music enhances the mind/body connection and helps restore a JOY-filled life. Open to all levels of fitness. No special equipment needed.
Fee: $10 per class. Limited enrollment of 9 students.
