Description:  The cardinal is a symbol of the joy and promise of the holiday season.  Using Cindy’s collage with recycled magazine technique you will create a stunning and striking red cardinal work of art.  Your finished product will make a wonderful and appreciated gift or become an important part of your own holiday décor.
