This weekly class will improve your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility with Intelligent workouts which blend the latest in exercise science with the principles of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged. This workout is perfect for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: mat, a small pliable ball, 6 in. inflatable ball, Gliding discs (or paper plates for carpet or washcloths for smooth floor) and hand weights.
