Art in the Form of Film: Goldfinger (1964)
January 19, 2024, 5:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Date: Friday, January 19, 5:45-9pm
Described as the perfect blend of wit, camp, and action, Goldfinger stars the late great Sean Connery who set the “gold” standard for agent 007 as a lovable sophisticate with more than a few flaws. His latest assignment is to stop the eponymous villain Goldfinger from raiding Fort Knox, and disrupting the global economy. Can 007 save the day? Well, we know the answer to that but the fun lies in figuring out how. Instructor Paul Marino will introduce the film, raise questions to ponder and host a post-viewing discussion. Presented and sponsored by Cindy and Paul Marino.
Fee: $10 includes glass of wine or bottle of beer.
