“Old Florida” is on exhibit in this collection of oil and acrylic paintings of wild and state park preserve locations from around the state — some real and others imaginary. A feeling of peace and stillness emanates from the combination of the complex, chaotic plant life inherent in Florida’s tropical palm forests and Gessinger’s calm, cool palette displayed in his work.
