Mondays, January 16, 23 and 30, 6:30-8:30pm 

The January workshop series, Painting and Dynamic Application, goes alla prima (wet on wet painting), learning techniques from Monet and Cezanne in acrylic and oil. Students in grades 6-12 are invited to build on their 2-D art production skill set through monthly advanced classes, featuring drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. Through out-of-box approaches to classic foundational study, students will have fun going beyond the basic principles. Students will learn new mediums and approaches through engaging, unique projects and build a portfolio of stunning artwork that showcases their interest, developing skills and talents.
