After earning her degree in Commercial Art, Lisa Engelbrecht engaged in a variety of creative fields that have included: illustration, graphic design, art direction and photography.

As owner of Creative Sparks Imagery, Lisa specializes in nature and travel photography.  She has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the US on photo assignments for deluxe travel companies.  Lisa’s most recent work showcases her passion for flowers.  Her inspiration is the intricate details, textures and incredible range of colors found in nature.

Lisa’s photography has been published by National Geographic Traveler, National Geographic Expeditions, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Woman’s World Magazine, Tauck World Discovery, Viking River Cruises, Vantage Deluxe World Travel, Grand Circle Travel, Avalon, Microsoft Corporation, Abercrombie & Kent, GWV Vacations, TNT Vacations, Sunburst Vacations and various books.

Lisa spends creative time at her studio-gallery at The Hub on Canal, New Smyrna Beach, Florida where she also displays and sells her work.
