Heather A. Wolynic, a proud native of Amityville, NY, spent her early childhood living on the beautiful Great South Bay. At the age of 10, her family relocated to Commack, NY, where she grew up under the loving care of her parents. In 1995, Heather made a life-changing decision to move to the picturesque coastal town of Ponce Inlet, Florida. As a devoted mother of three sons, Heather’s passion for art led her to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the esteemed Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD).

Heather specializes in mixed media acrylic paintings, creating captivating pieces that blend realism and fantasy.
Her love for rich vibrant colors is evident in her paintings, which exude a sense of freedom and joy. Each artwork is a true reflection of Heather’s positive and happy spirit.

With over 13 years of experience as an arts educator, Heather has had the privilege of teaching students in both primary and secondary schools. Her diverse skill set includes instruction in drawing, painting, and mixed media projects, as well as graphic design, yearbook, and broadcasting. Heather’s talent as an artist has been recognized, as she currently holds the position of resident artist at the Hub on Canal in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She also offers her services as an art instructor for both adults and children, and is open to considering commissions.

Heather’s artistic capabilities extend beyond the classroom setting. She has successfully applied her skills in graphic design and fine art, social media, marketing, and scenic set design for renowned attractions, including Disney World and other theme parks in Orlando, Florida.
